Fashion Wholesale Masterclass: Terms and Conditions

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Make Good Fashion, referred to herein as the "Provider," and the individual or entity (the "Student") enrolling in the Fashion Wholesale Masterclass digital course (the "Course").

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1 By enrolling in the Course, the Student agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Student shall provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including a valid email address for communication purposes.

2. Course Content

2.1 The Fashion Wholesale Masterclass, provided by Make Good Fashion, includes 8 comprehensive modules and various resources, aiming to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills for wholesaling in the fashion industry.

2.2 The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance any part of the Course content without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect the completion status of students who enrolled before the modification.

3. Access and Use

3.1 Upon successful registration and payment, the Student shall receive exclusive access to the Fashion Wholesale Masterclass Course.

3.2 Access to the Course is non-transferable and is solely for the use of the registered Student.

3.3 Modules will be released on a weekly basis allowing students to progress through the Course in a structured manner.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Make Good Fashion is committed to student satisfaction. Therefore, a full refund shall be provided if the Student requests it within 15 days of the date of purchase.

4.2 To request a refund, the Student must contact Make Good Fashion Support at [email protected] within the specified refund period, providing a detailed reason for the refund request.

4.3 Refunds shall be processed within 8-10 days of receiving a valid refund request.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content provided in the Course, including modules, resources, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Make Good Fashion.

5.2 The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any part of the Course content without the prior written consent of Make Good Fashion.

6. Disclaimer of Guaranteed Outcomes

6.1 Make Good Fashion understands that individual results may vary and cannot guarantee specific outcomes or success as a result of enrolling in the Fashion Wholesale Masterclass.

6.2 The Provider does not make any representations or warranties regarding the potential success or profitability of the strategies, techniques, or information provided in the Course.

6.3 The Student acknowledges that success in the wholesale fashion industry depends on various factors, including but not limited to individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond the control of Make Good Fashion.

6.4 By enrolling in the Course, the Student agrees that Make Good Fashion shall not be held responsible or liable for any lack of success or results achieved by the Student as a result of participating in the Course.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Make Good Fashion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Course.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

9.2 Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By proceeding to checkout, the Student affirms that they have meticulously read, comprehensively understood, and willingly agreed to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. If any aspect of these terms is disagreeable, the Student shall refrain from proceeding with the purchase.
