How it works

After payment you will receive a link to my calendar where you can book an available date. Sessions are held via Zoom audio/video. During our session, you'll receive strategic recommendations, actionable plans, and resources if needed. Your video will be recorded so that you can continue to review it after our call.

These Strategic 1:1 Consulting Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the provision of strategic consulting services by Jasmine Rennie (the "Consultant") to the client (the "Client"). By engaging the Consultant's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

1.1 Scope of Services: The Consultant agrees to provide strategic consulting services to the Client in the field of fashion business as described below:

Providing guidance on starting or scaling the Client's fashion brand.
Assisting in implementing the brand idea and developing a plan for growth.
Offering advice on how to initiate the wholesale process for the fashion brand.
Providing insights and explanations of the manufacturing process.
Advising on effective communication with manufacturers.
Offering guidance on navigating the fashion business world.
Providing feedback on the Client's existing fashion business idea or website.
Helping the Client save money by avoiding costly mistakes.

1.2 Consulting Session: The Consultant agrees to conduct a 1-hour live consulting session with the Client. During the session, the Consultant will provide strategic recommendations, actionable plans, and resources to assist the Client in achieving their goals. The session will be held via Zoom audio/video.

1.3 Questionnaire: Prior to the consulting session, the Client will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire to gather relevant information about the Client's fashion business. The Client agrees to complete and return the questionnaire before the scheduled session.

Compensation

2.1 Fee: The Client agrees to pay the Consultant a fee of $250 per consulting session.

2.2 Payment Terms: The Client shall make the payment in full prior to the scheduled consulting session. The Consultant will provide the Client with payment instructions.

2.3 No Cancellations: Once payment is received by the Consultant, no cancellations or refunds will be granted. The Client understands and agrees that once payment is made, the consulting session is considered scheduled and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Confidentiality

3.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed during the consulting session. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, strategies, financial information, trade secrets, and any other proprietary information.

3.2 Non-Disclosure: The parties shall not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the written consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Consultant regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging the Consultant's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Strategic 1:1 Consulting Terms and Conditions.
