Make Good Fashion Academy: Terms and Conditions

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Make Good Fashion, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the individual or entity (the "Student") enrolling in the Make Good Fashion Academy digital course (the "Course").

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1 By enrolling in the Course, the Student agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Student must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including a valid email address for communication purposes.

2. Course Content

2.1 The Course, provided by Make Good Fashion Academy, encompasses 10 comprehensive modules and a variety of resources, all aimed at equipping students with the necessary knowledge and skills to start a fashion business.

2.2 The Provider reserves the right to update, change, or enhance any part of the Course content without prior notice. Such changes will not affect the completion status of students who enrolled before the modification.

3. Access and Use

3.1 Upon successful registration and payment, the Student will receive exclusive access to the Make Good Fashion Academy Course.

3.2 Access to the Course is non-transferable and is solely for the use of the registered Student.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Make Good Fashion Academy is committed to the satisfaction of its students. Therefore, a full refund will be provided if the Student requests it within 15 days of the date of purchase.

4.2 To request a refund, the Student must contact Make Good Fashion Academy Support at [email protected] within the specified refund period, providing a detailed reason for the refund request.

4.3 Refunds will be processed within 8-10 days of receiving a valid refund request.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content provided in the Course, including modules, resources, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Make Good Fashion Academy.

5.2 The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any part of the Course content without the prior written consent of Make Good Fashion Academy.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Make Good Fashion Academy expects students to uphold a high standard of professionalism and respect in all interactions within the Course.

6.2 Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to temporary suspension or permanent expulsion from the Course, without entitlement to a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Make Good Fashion Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Course.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

9.2 Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
